These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (HeirOfLightArtHouse.com) and the purchase of products through our online shop. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your device.
We are not responsible for loss of files after successful delivery.

Due to the nature of instant downloads and educational services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted or files have been delivered. We currently ship physical products within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the item and destination.
Tracking information will be provided when available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors

To ensure fairness and limit liability, the following timeframes apply to any claims or disputes related to purchases made from Heir of Light Art House:

Physical Products:
Any claim or cause of action arising from the purchase of a physical product (such as ceramics, prints, or original artwork) must be filed within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
Digital Products and Educational Services:
Any claim or cause of action arising from the purchase or access of a digital product or education service such as workshops, classes, or tutorials must be filed within sixty (60) days from the date of delivery or scheduled session.

After these times periods, all claims shall be considered permanently waived and barred to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
